Even though 2..b center is newly established, the idea took many years to be developed by Mhew, an expert physiotherapist and clinical
Pilates instructor.
About Mhew
She has over 10 years’ experience developing exercise and pain relief programs for clients on the fields of orthopedics, pediatrics, pregnancy and post-delivery. During her many years in the industry, she realized the need for specific treatments that study each patient as an individual instead of general programs that do not fulfil the specific needs of each person.
She is very passionate about showing that physical health is crucial for emotional and mental health, and more especially for women and truly believes that ”it’s all about you”. Now, she sees her dreams come true with this opportunity to help people to feel better with their bodies and enjoy a better quality of life.

Aom Wantiwa has bountiful experience supporting patients who have knee pain and acute injuries at times when they really need assistance. Her practice is informed by crucial understandings of muscular connectivity and bodily structure. She understands that muscles are not isolated units, but link to one another, and she uses this focus to address the root causes of muscular issues, not merely the symptoms. She also understands that the structure of the body must be in balance and offers injury prevention support by helping clients bring back that balance. Aom also recognizes the vital link between mental health and physical health and that this too must be brought to a vital equilibrium to prepare clients for healthy movement.

Ninky Yingluck
Ninky Yingluck is a professional physical therapist specializing in office syndrome and back pain. She has a wide array of experience in relieving chronic pain in patients who are experiencing this pain due to work requirements, poor posture, and other behaviors.
To address these issues, Ninky offers treatments that include manual techniques, stretching, and functional training. Interestingly, she also has great experience and skills in hydrotherapy for healing her patients orthopedically and neurologically.
Ninky understands the benefits of assessing physical wellness holistically and seeking the underlying cause and source of physical issues such as inflammation in a particular area of the body. This she sees as an essential duty of a physical therapist in regards to helping patients have an improved quality of life. After finding the reason and origin of physical issues, Ninky believes that physical therapists must have absolute candor with their patients and be able to inform them precisely about the problems they face and, crucially, the origin of those problems. It is for these reasons that she takes care of the patient’s physical health alongside their behavioral, habitual, environmental, and mental health. Through this well-rounded lens, Ninky offers a real and tangible way for her patients to achieve improved health and quality of life.
